Successful symposium at ASIA2016

AO Recon recently presented a symposium at this year's annual meeting of the Arthroplasty Society in Asia, which was held in conjunction with the Chinese Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Based on the great success of previous collaborations, the AO Recon session was regarded as one of the highlights of the scientific program.

Four days on complex fractures in Australia

The Gold Coast area hosted the first AO Recon course to ever take place in Australia this past August. Over four days, topics on complex fractures, including arthroplasty following hip and knee trauma, infection, and related issues were discussed at the collaborative AO Trauma/AO Recon course.

Bundled know-how for advanced patient care at the ELCCR

Orthopedic surgeons with advanced specialization and experience were especially attracted to the AO Recon symposium at the XIIth annual congress of the ELCCR (Encuentro Latinoamericano de Cirujanos de Cadera y Rodilla) in Cartagena, Colombia. Correspondingly, sessions on periprosthetic fractures and joint preservation led to lively discussions.
